If you want to book venues, you have to create an account with the necessary information. Don’t share your login details with others. You are to take it as your responsibility to keep your security credentials under wrap.

2. Bookings and Payments:

Every booking that is made is on the basis of availability. Unless it is specifically stated otherwise, payment should be made in full at the time of the booking. EGA Sports is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by the venues.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

Any cancellations or change of schedule must be in compliance with the venue’s policy. Refunds, if any, will be made according to the specified guidelines.

4. User Conduct:

You are obliged to act decently when using our platform and are expected to abide by the rules of the venues. If a user is found violating the rules, they can be banned and have their account suspended.

5. Intellectual Property:

Nothing, whether it be the content, the logo, or the design of the EGA Sports platform, is created by the users and all are protected from a copyright point of view.

6. Limitation of Liability:

EGA Sports is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using booked venues. Users are solely responsible for any harm that may happen during the sports activities they participate in.

7. Privacy:

We assure that your personal information will be kept confidential as stated in our Privacy Policy, which is a part of these terms and conditions.

8. Modifications:

If it so pleases EGA Sports, they can revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The fact that you keep on using the platform is regarded as your acceptance of the changes made.

9. Governing Law:

The clauses elaborated in this contract shall be governed by the laws of Delhi, India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
